Bring me in when

No product on the market fits how you actually work.

  1. Every product you've tried forces the business into the wrong shape.

    Your process is specific to you, and off-the-shelf software makes you work its way instead of yours. I build software shaped around how you actually work.

  2. You're paying for expensive software but using only a fraction of it.

    Most of its features sit untouched, while the parts you rely on still need workarounds. I work out whether software built around the business would be a better fit.

  3. A job that matters is still being done by hand.

    It lives in a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts, or in one person's head, because no product does it properly. I build the thing that does, and the manual work goes away.

  4. The workarounds have become the real system.

    Plugins, exports and manual steps are holding a critical process together, and it gets more fragile every month. I replace the pile of workarounds with one system built to last, documented and handed over.

  5. The tools you run on don't behave as one.

    They disagree about what happened, and someone loses a day a week making them line up. I build the software that makes them behave as one, with the failures made visible instead of silent.

  6. You can see a better way to run the business, but not what to build first.

    Before real money goes in, I work out what should be built or improved, and in what sequence, so the expensive part starts from a decision rather than a guess.
